In the smog-filled streets of Los Angeles, the Cyborg Penguins have a singular mission: to protect the first half of the legendary Crystal Stone weapon. This ancient device holds the power to destroy entire star systems—and the stakes couldn’t be higher.

The dangerous S.L.I.M.E. Lord and his growing criminal empire have returned, armed with the second half of the Crystal Stone and commanding L.A.’s largest gangs and crime lords. The city’s corrupt police chief only adds to the chaos, aiding the S.L.I.M.E organization in their mission to dominate the city.

But it doesn’t end there. Beyond Earth, on the desolate red surface of Mars, the long-dormant Psi-Lord LYKOS has awoken. With plans to resurrect other malevolent Psi-Lords scattered across the galaxy, LYKOS dreams of unleashing galactic chaos. Standing against him is HEN-CHI, the last benevolent Psi-Lord, who has allied with the Cyborg Penguins and their human teen ally, Topnotch, granting them powers to face these mounting threats.
